Belvidere Mutual was founded in
1876. Mutual Insurance companies were developed to provide a unique
product not available elsewhere. The Board of Directors was originally
comprised of a representative from each township in Boone County. Today
we continue the proud tradition of providing high quality affordable
insurance for your home and farm.

take pride in providing superior customer service. Our knowledgeable
management, underwriting and adjusting staff keep abreast of changes
in the insurance industry.
Our service area includes the
Illinois counties of Boone, Winnebago, Stephenson, Ogle, DeKalb, McHenry
